Weekly Stock Challenge 2/23/2007 - Win Free Trading Book
Stock Picking Challenge
Pick the highest percentage mover and win a free hardcover copy of Conquer the Crash! Pick any stock that trades in the US market that closed at $2.00 or over with at least 100,000 share volume as of the Friday close before the contest starts on Monday. Your entry price will be the market open price on Monday morning. (Tuesday morning this week because the market is closed on Monday.) A brief rationale for your pick makes the contest more fun. Short CORI
May be the most overbought stock I have ever seen. I thought this would be a good short friday but it didn't rise to my get in price, and then it didn't move either way. It was up 51% last thursday, gotta come back a little, IMO. We'll see, I have been way wrong two weeks in a row now, I am either due or on the way to palookaville. |

Congratulations miegha1 on LMRA last week. I was really surprised that we were the only double digit gainers... It seems like it was a pretty slow tough market last week...as for it was the same for the pennyland until Friday. Good luck to you all contestants and traders/investors this week! |
