Cool DALRQ

I am new to this and received some advice on Delta Airlines Stock. Can I get more advice on that perticular stock from anyone? I think that once the company is out of bankruptcy in March/April...their stock should go back up rapidly. Considering they managed to hold off from a hostile take over by United Airlines with the help of congress...and got the assistance to the tune of $2.5M from 5 other companies...things should start looking much better for them!

Just for the newbies,
If they go through bankruptcy, they issue shares with a different symbol and the DALRQ become WORTHLESS. I am wondering what advice you got and from whom. Anyone touting this should be considered hostile. Folks who took a big risk will be trying to unload this stuff at all cost.
Now read Bahroors post again and see the previous threads, then find another thing to put your money in.

Good article here, but I'm not sure who pulled the rug today. Too risky to play, Delta's name and PPS draws traders/imvestors I guess.

I had to tell some co-workers about this. They all about trying to buy it, and I told them they may get burnt.

great article bahroor:

"It's very unlikely that a company will come out of bankruptcy without canceling its shares, especially if they have filed a reorganization plan saying that's what they intend to do," said John Nestor, director of public affairs at the Securities and Exchange Commission.
....

"We are aware that people continue to invest and people lose money," Nestor said.

am i the only one wondering, what, exactly, the SEC is doing letting anyone other than "accredited" (think hedge fund) investors from buying this worthless paper? shouldn't scumtrade make you sign a special waiver at the very least?!?

and we are worried about Cramer's picks?!
