Default Anyone trade with Flat Iron Trading?

I been checking out several proprietary trading firms to trade remotely with and was offered a pretty good deal with Flat Iron Trading based out of New York. The partners there seem honest and straight forward with their payout structures/per share rate and think I am going to sign up with them, anyone have experience with them?
