If I remember correctly; Click on advanced button, then on manage attachments, then either enter url or browse your pc for the file, when the upload is complete you should see valid attachments above the manage attachments buttton, click on it and copy and paste the url into the message body....I think

I know it's convoluted, but here are the steps.

You must be in "advanced" mode to see all the menus in your post window.

Click on the paperclip picture and it will open a manage attachments window.

Select the file from your computer or the URL you want to use. The system won't accept really gigantic files, or images wider than 620 pixels, to avoid breaking the pages with graphics that are too big. If you aren't sure about a remote URL image, you should first copy that image to your computer and resize it, then upload that image as your attachment. If you aren't able to do this, you can always email or PM me with the image URL and I will upload it for you.

After you select it, you have to click (in the same "Manage Attachments" window) on upload file.

After the file appears as an attachment in that window, you can close it and go back to your post window, and click once again on your paperclip, on the drop down arrow, and you will see the attachment listed there. Select it, and it will insert something like "Attachment 456" in your post, and that is where the image will appear after you save the post.

Let me know if there is anything I can make clearer - it's easier to do than it sounds once you know how, but it's tricky because who is going know the paperclip icon holds the secret?

You might want to take a screen shot of some images or right click to "save as" in order to get them out of places like tc2007.

Although mostly this works, there are more and more websites (I think StockCharts is one of them) that have hotlinking disabled on their servers, so it just doesn't work. They have no choice, there websites slow down from all the hits.

I don't have this program or a PC so someone who does could help you with this. Some of the propriatory software make it difficult to copy the charts.
