Hi guys, I'm new here. I read all the feedback on StockPicker RT, and seems pretty good little program. Before I purchase that, has anyone tried out Stock Assault 2.0? Any good? It is a one time price of $47.

i never tried it but for me it seems to good to be true . a 13000% gain just by using a software seems pretty irrealistic. i'm waiting on the others to give their opinion...... hope its not just a scam like marl.

Hi,
I just joined the forum. I know how hard it is to get feed back from others before purchasing something so ill give some here if i can. I bought the stock assault 2.0 software a few weeks ago and have received about 15-20 picks so far. The highest gain was about 10% and the highest loss (1 loss) 0.40%. Try downloading the demo version first to see if you like it. The interface is basic enough but has charts, live news feeds and the Buy/Sell picks section. I usually get a stock pick every 3-7 days and have to watch out for a sell signal on the stock i have open. Before I bought it I found it impossible to find a real review on the software because it hasn't been out that long. I dont want to break any forum rules here but the only half decent review was at squidoo com / stockassault, pretty basic review on stock assault 2.0 but you get an insiders opinion of it. The main website has alot of accurate info and the blog on the site has some handy tips but are all written by the same guy who apparently is has nothing to do with selling the software (suspicious or what?). I am not going to praise it too much because i really don't have much experience of trading. It seems to work fine if you leave it process for an hour a day but i leave mine on for a few hours. The only thing i would say is don't forget to set your stop loss with your online broker when placing orders. Last edited by Thierry Martin; 04-19-2009 at 03:04 PM. |

The software itself is a scam. I audited it (im a curious software engineer) and it does not actually process anything. When the regular edition is "processing", it is actually just reading stock ticker and company names from the text files in the Docs folder. You can change them and you will see (ie put one company in each text file). The picks are actually from an embedded internet explorer page that pulls them from the stockassault website. How the picks on their server are generated I have no idea (random?). Also, today's picks from the diamond edition resulted in a loss of 6% or so last time I checked. There is no miracle AI yet.

This software is just a souped up version of doubling stocks scam robot software Marl! Anyone want the full version just let me know. It is the truth that all it does is roll a bunch of ticker symbols without accessing the internet and it doesnt analyze anything. When you hit the picks button it then accesses stock assaults server and gets the stock symbols that the scammers pulled out of a hat and uploaded to a file on their server. These are the same scammers that run doubling stocks and they are getting rich off the uninformed. I feel so sorry for anyone that has actually followed their advise and traded these stocks. The software actually told me to buy microsoft long 2 weeks ago when the stock crashed after the earnings report.
There is a very small amount of information out there telling the unsuspecting this information. Last edited by Thierry Martin; 04-19-2009 at 03:05 PM. |

I believe Stock Assault is a rip off. I subscribed and then tried to cancel. They did NOT respond to about 7 emails. When you try to call you get a recording.
I've asked Amex to refund my money. |

the least cost ive found to do a stosk trade is 4.95 for the buy and 4.95 for the sell,, stockassaults buy-sell s arent more than 2.00 up on the buy on any of the sells,,, so it seems to me that you'd lose money.
