forex trading

metastock.com is havin a forex trading seminar by my house, in july, do you guys think its worth looking at to help get a better understanding of the markets, or is it just a waste of time unless i actually trade forex?? they also have a seminar in october for just stocks and im prolly gonna go to that also.

if you want to go to learn more about world markets and how foreign currency works, then go for it, but if you think your going to learn how to trade forex and actually make money your wasting your time, im in a currency fund and i wouldnt dare try trading currency after talking with the principal of the fund, currency works so much different than the stock market, the guy who runs the fund has been doing it for 7 years and works on san fran, there are a few sites you can visit to learn more about it, but its very difficult stuff to try to trade, george soros made most of his money trading currency
