EMBARQ CORP (EQ-NYSE): Technical Viewpoint: From a low of $42.35 on Jul 16, 2008 prices rallied, reaching a high of $47.93 on Jul 23, 2008. A decline saw prices pull back, reaching a low of $43.28 on Jul 30, 2008. Another rally saw prices penetrate resistance line "A", closing yesterday at $49.30. Technicals: MACD Index (MACD): A Buy Alert! was given on Aug 11, 2008 when the solid line crossed the dotted line to the upside. Support: Remains at $44.00. Resistance: Is at None at current levels. Point & Figure: Reversed to the upside on Jul 31, 2008. A P&F downside reversal takes place at $46.00. Summary: Technical indicators have turned bullish. BUY! Embarq Corp (EQ-NYSE) @ $49.50 Stop: Use a protective stop of $47.50. Embarq Corp is currently trading @ $49.30 plus $1.81 on Aug 15, 2008.
