Well well well the market is in the green as it should be. Anyone check out the butt chewing Bernanke got. What an idiot. He may get fired if he cant keep his mouth shut. Commodoties are up thank goodness. Congress and the Pres once again divert attention to another goat when they all have dirty hands in last weeks plunge. Ok Bernanke lets feed you to the sharks now!!!!

No, I didn't. What did he say and what was the repercussion? Do you have a link to an article regarding this?

The article said the market plunged on the 1st of May after Bernanke renigged his comments previously aired on the 29th of April. The market didn't sh!t util the FOMC raised rates on the 10th. The thesis that Bernanke's comments made this market tank are non sequitur. Bernanke should have never spoke to the reporter but those remarks alone did not cause the slide of the market. I agree that what he says can have a great effect on the market but really the slide didnt happen until almost two weeks later.
