Default Daily Stock Challenge?

Just wondering but howcome we have a Monthly Stock Challenge and a Weekly Stock Challenge and not a Daily Stock Challege?

If you ask me i think that that would be a good idea. you choose 1 stock everyday and the entres are due by 9 am that day...No one can have the same stock and its first come first serve!

Who agrees we should have a Daily Stock Challenge??

Ill Try but how do you get it to stay up at the top and not fall down the chain if no one looks at it?

I'll award a free hardcover trading book to be selected from the titles I have available to each daily winner for the first 2 weeks. After that we'll see! Maybe every 3rd win - depends on how much participation we see.

Jeez Thierry, how many books do you have lying around?

I was just kidding about the prizes. This contest seems like it could get out of hand. I like the challenge of weekly and monthly.

I play in some daily games on other sites and if you want to read some of the rules they use I will post them below.

Just Suggestions-
- Make sure your picks are in by 9:30 am EST.
- Post the ticker symbol only of one stock you think will have the highest % gain.
- The stocks should have closed over $2 the previous trading day.
- This game uses the open price and not the previous days closing price as the starting price.

I have found when playing daily stock picking games you need to use the open price from that day and not the previous days closing price because of all the after/pre market trading.

Usually a different member will host there own game on a certain day with there own rules, this makes every game different and more exiting.

I can host 1 daily game a week on this site if you guys want. We could start off with 1-2 daily games a week and build from there.
