Looking for securities broker!

Guys, help!

I am living in Israel, and there is no broker in my area (atleast, that i know about).

Ofcourse, you can trade through banks, but they take huge commissions ($27 dollar MINIMUM commission for trade, or %1.7 of the amount in buying/selling [if higher]).

I am looking for broker with the following criterias:

MUST:

Be able to trade securities on NYSE & NASDAQ.

Good:

Be able to trade major currencies (JPY/USD/EUR/GBP) and securities on European/Asian markets.

Very good:

Can trade securities everywhere (including South America/Middle East) and not very major Forex (Not currencies like the Zimbabwean dollar, rather the Sheqel, Ruble, Rand, etc.)

Excellent:

Gives me 2x-5x leverage. able to trade primary commodities (includes: Crude Oil, Heating Oil, Gasoline, Gold, Silver)
