Default Quicker trades using Elite

In order to do quicker trades and also to keep up with information, I would like to have like four sections of my screen set up in a prefered manor, and not have the other sections close down when I use one item, such as charts, then the Order section minimizes. Not sure if this is a Windows Vista/XP Pro issue or a Scottrade Ellite setups.

I'd like to continuously have on the monitor :

Chart
Possitions
Orders
And maybe something else

The way it is now, I click on anything and it explodes into a full page and then I have to search for the item that was minimized.

This is Elite I'm making reference too.

BTW, I use a 24" monitor.

Rich

I don't think that you can minimize an Entire Layout window and use another one as the one minimized still pulls in data in the background. I dont like the fact either that as you swap screens previous one redraws the stream. But on a faster connection that doesnt matter.

On big monitors like yours havign the ability to use simultaneous screens side by side would be nice.

Thanks Blaster, but I havent found a way yet on a 24" to have them side by side with Scottrade.

I wonder if Ameritrade has this problem
