Default Can you understand?

I just joined this site and was browsing several areas. One question or two I have is about the forum postings by Harry Aloof.
First is how are those things read? I thougt I knew how to, but the one for NU is not making sense. It has numbers in the $60's throughout the post and a recommend buy at $32? And the charts numbers are in the low $30's. So I go to Yahoo to see a chart to compare and find that the stocks value has dropped by a large amount. Well maybe not a Large amount, but if you bought 1000 shares when Harry recd. it, you're now down $1000+.
Same for the other picks I looked at with the exception of FSLR.

So my real question is this. Does this guy post track records or just update his posts when he feels the need? And why does he post like he does? It is very difficult to make heads or tails of when the recs. first appear. This is because he (I think this is the case) edits the posts instead of adding a new post to the original. Just very confusing. If you can smack me and get the fuzz out my eyes to see what's what, I'd appreciate it. Or who knows, I can always move to another forum where they speak in numbers that make sense.
