Tivo's future? Can it sustain without Direct TV?

NNDS - good pick up, now that Direct TV to offer it's DVR services?

I like NNDS, but I thought it was a buy in the 30-35 range.

I'm still undecided about TIVO at this point. I'm watching from the sidelines for now.
