It would be interesting if those who voted would maybe give there reasons why. I noticed the vast majority were going for fast money. I voted for mad money, but I am new to these shows and havnt watched fast money very much, I think I will go check it out.

I didn't vote, it's been so long since I watched either one that my choice is meaningless. I'll always have a soft spot for Cramer as his book got me into believing I could trade full time.

I don't prefer one over the other in terms of trading ideas. I can think of stocks that were mentioned on both shows that have done well and haven't done well. I do like the part of cramer's show where he takes phone calls and gives his opinon on the viewer's stocks and portfolios because I think it's of value to an average person with little to no trading/investing knowledge.
In terms of entertaintment, cramer is little loud and bit annoying and fast money's dilan is cute. |

I've got to go with Mad Money. Fast money is kinda tedious compared to mad money.

I must give Cramer credit. When 2 years or so ago I decided that I wanted to try out this stock market thing. I started flipping through the channels and found Cramer. I learned a lot from his show and books. However as my hunger grows I find his show to be lacking some important knowledge for even the slightly advanced traders. He never really speaks about shorting or options as the traders on fast money do. I also like the multiple opinions and conflict between those opinions as seen on fast money.

Cramer is good for all he does and how he does it and the biggest benefit to me is that he makes it known that the biggest and smallest fish on wall street and in the insiders board room are not gods, nor do they always have investors best interest at heart.
*Is the above a run-on sentence? It's not my fault. I was born in Chicago, in nineteen and forty one. My papa tol me: Son, you had better get a gun. I did, then sold it to finance my first trading account. Then I stole it back and robbed the cashier every night. Now I'm well off and writing my first book: "How to turn $9.45 into $15 overnight" I've never thought about anal antics much but I did see a movie with that name once. How did that come up? Well, it used to cost $15 for an hour in a flop house in The Big Easy. And guess who is collecting all that dough? MARL baby __________________ |

The Korova milkbar sold milk-plus, milk plus vellocet or synthemesc or drencrom, which is what we were drinking. This would sharpen you up and make you ready for a bit of the old ultra-violence." |

Is that Stanley Kubrick? Sam Peckinpah? George Banks?
*Whoa, I just googled and I was right the first time. Clockwork Orange was a turning point in my life. That and the pod people movie. You know those boxes people put themselves in? There are some large gaps in mine and the material is flimsy. But mostly, Gzap has become normal so there was a void in the lunacy department. And I won't be having a bad day anytime soon, having toured the area I want to move to yesterday and finding better than expected houses for what will be pennies on the dollar 6-12 months from now. |
