ADTRAN INC (ADTN-Nasdaq): Technical Viewpoint: From a low of $21.95 on Feb 1, 2007 prices rallied, reaching a high of $24.25 on Feb 20, 2007. A decline saw prices pull back, reaching a low of $22.01 on Mar 1, 2007. Another rally saw prices penetrate resistance, closing 3/23/07 at $25.28. Technicals: MACD Index (MACD): A Buy Alert! was given on Mar 15, 2007 when the solid line crossed the dotted line to the upside. Support: Remains at $22.00. Resistance: Is at $25.70. Point & Figure: Reversed to the upside on Jan 4, 2007. A P&F upside reversal takes place at $22.00. Summary: Technical indicators have turned bullish. BUY! ADTRAN INC (ADTN-Nasdaq) @ $25.50 Stop: Use a protective stop of $23.50. ADTRAN INC is currently trading @ $25.28 plus $1.78 on Mar 23, 2007. Price Objective: $34.50 Risk/Reward: $2.00 VS. $9.00 Today's Risk Reward Ratio: 4:1
