Quote from their latest quarterly filing with the SEC:

"The accompanying financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which contemplates the realization of assets and satisfaction of liabilities in the normal course of business. The Company has suffered material recurring losses from operations since inception. At August 31, 2009, the Company has a working capital deficit of approximately $987,031, an accumulated deficit of approximately $14,210,476 and negative cash flows from consolidated operations. These factors raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern."

Bellnorth, any clue on how much this said contract could generate for ILVC? How many homes/ apartment complexes in Turkey want Automated Systems? Could we see ILVC's deficit go down here? I'll do some more research this weekend, you should to.

Okay dug up some stuff.

There are 2 other companies listed in Turkey selling Home Automation Equipment.

Turkey's population is about 74 million, according to a 2009 estimate, based on a 2008 Turkish Census Report. Economically, the Top 20% of the population holds 46% of the spendable money. That is about 14.8 Million people. That's probably the core target group.

Poverty is about 22%. The IMF held their conference in Istanbul recently and had quite their fair share of protests.

Here is what the Intelligent-Living Website says about what their products can do:

• as soon as you open the garage door, the lights come on in the foyer and the kitchen, your favorite selection of music starts to permeate throughout the house,
• when your child turns off the alarm system, a message is sent to you that they have arrived home safe and sound,
• accessing and controlling all your lights, heating/cooling and security system, and even your home audio video system, remotely from a phone or the Internet from anywhere in the world,
• never having to worry if you left the porch light or the coffee machine on,
• with a touch of a button, lights dim, home theater system turns on, all pieces of equipment are set to the appropriate setting, and the movie begins,
• the sprinkler system turns itself off if it is a rainy day,

• the list and the possibilities are endless.

I'm not sure how sustainable this is right now. Not to mention that Intelligent-Living seems like the Middle Man between Home Automation, Inc. & Kilia Teknoloji. I wish they would have mentioned how this is going to affect them financially. I guess we will see in their upcoming quarterly filings with the SEC. The stock may have a nice jump up, but IMO it'll come back down until results are shown. I'm staying out of this for right now.
