everyone hear about the TV site FOX and NBC are creating due out this summer to take on You Tube?
Just look out because TIVO and Checkpoint Software Technology (CHKP:NASDAQ) are most definetly gonna profit from it...

Checkpoint Software Technology was recently part of a small group of investors that put $30 million into Eyeblaster. This is a positive sign of a potential acquisition in the relatively near future. Both companies could be swooped up by large content providers like AOL or Google.
Profitable every year since 2002, Eyeblaster has seen its revenue grow at a rate faster than its industry over the last five years, the company said
only thing is Eyeblast is privately owned and not traded for small investors like us.. hence the reason checkpoint could be a good place to jump in since they can invest and maybe take over that company.
