O man I couldn't stop laughing at the first one mainly. Broker bought a house for 1.1 million 100% finance with a mortgage of 8 grand plus a month when a house almost exact like it only a few houses down was around 800k.

Best and I mean the best part was when he was driving down a block saying this house sold for 1.5 million, 1.6 mil, 1 mil, 1.4 mil, and this house is 585 thousand and bigger then all the other million dollar homes.
