Missed Cramer last night, and I'm sure he mentioned Hal. Today I got the updates of his picks and sure enough, HAL was on it.

SO, if he's still recommending it, what about his rule of ditching a stock when it doesn't meet the forcasts and have a down. Hal dropped this week after bad earning reports, so, this is Cramers rule to dump it.

Thanks
Rich

He said to buy it in spite of the downward revisions. He was all ga-ga over the buyback that they had announced a while back. He said that someone could come in an buy it out.

In other words, milk it for a few more days before his buddies at Goldman perform the death (sell) knell, ha-ha.

Missed Cramer last night, and I'm sure he mentioned Hal. I didn't have the stomach to watch. I owned hal.

what about his rule of ditching a stock when it doesn't meet the forecasts and have a down. those rules are mutable to suit the needs of the director's retirement fund

As a shareholder, they also are conveniently spinning off kbr this week. That usually brings stock down. Picture MO spinning off kft later this month.

couple that with a fee charged by a brokerage firm to deal with the kbr shares and you have an oh so convenient coincidence for hal to get a cheaper buyback.

oh, and guess who's the big shots doing the deal?
