Anyone follow CLRI. I have read reports about it's strilization method. If FDA approves will it take off like a rocket?

I was looking at report on Harris. It seems CLRI will be signing licensing agreements in October for steriliztion of pathogens. Is this the type of speculation that should interest one wanting to make MAD money?
