payday lenders

Does anybody on here invest with payday lenders such as FCFS or CSH? I was considering picking up some shares, but I read that there are 50 bills in several states to try to regulate the industry. should i buy now or wait and see what happens??

Just saw a commercial on CNBC today and it seems as if this industry is getting some heat from officials. It was almost like "if you have a gambling problem call 1-800..."

seems like a great business, being able to charge 400+% interest.

it's extremely profitable. csh charges $25 per $100 loan from it's online lending service. every time i pass the payday lender in my town--the parking lot is completely full (thanks to illegal immigrants). csh offers a dsp so i think i'm going to give them a shot--since gold is going through the roof this looks like a winner.
