volume has been pretty stagnant at around 10 mil shares+ traded, which equates to around $18k-20k daily

But it was a blood bath everywhere today. Nasdaq Dow, OTC BB, PINK...just everywhere...

I'm sure it'd bounce back real quick, but who knows...

If it's tying up your money, go ahead and get out...I'm thinkin about doing that tomorrow also.

OTC BB PINK market is just horrible. Sooo manipulated nowadays. It just doesn't trade fairly IMO.

I'm starting to dispise it.

Haven't seen you in a while Mr. Keesh! Welcome back.

And yes, I'm still holding onto my shares which I bought such a looong time ago. Held throughout the dip to .0011 but had confidence it will be up in the near future as April is it's month. I heard rumors that there was going to be a PR soon so I'm just sitting here twiddling my thumbs; patience is key on this as this is a solid company.

But yeah, 38 mil shares traded today! Compared to its miniscule volume of the past few weeks of 500k - 4mil max; this is huge.

I'm looking for .01+ on this one or bust.

Ok, I could not find the number to their TA. I called the company and they said that the guy who can give me the number to the TA was out.

No sir, I don't like it.

The lady was nice and took my number where they can call me back but they never did.

TGLE did the same thing to me before.


It was very very hard to find more company info. as there is no clear evidence of SEC filing by this company posted on pinksheets.com...(or so I thought).

In conclusion,

OTC BB PINK markets suck. There is no other way to say it. It sucks, and it does NOT trade fairly.

Bigboards smaller cap stocks are DEFINITLY much better way to go at this point I think.

Yeah, its old news; that regulation was back in Nov. I don't really mind here waiting because its a solid company with real products. It's money I can afford to lose, as I originally put it in for a crap shoot. Haha :D

Yea...sorry about that...I re-read my post and you are right I came off really cocky or something.

Really though, I thought you might know something that I don't...and that's what I was tryin to get at.

I'd rather focus on what can be done rather than what can't be done, so I was tryin to re-direct the focus on positives...I apologize.

(I all hate internet egos and beefs.)

Regdex is a form of dilution which means that a company can issue shares to raise money and fund the company etc...that means each share you hold would start to devalue...so often times, prices do not go up despite of huge volume spikes.


I do like what ATWT is trying to do fundamentally...to protect children etc.

That's very honorable. But the financial aspect of it/investor relations is completely separate, I think.

Yea no worries...just assumed you might know something because you mentioned the May 1st announcement that I had not known about...

SB-2, 424B-3. S-8, REGDEX, E filing (1-E, 2-E), any other S filing (S-1, S-2, etc), all of that is dilution
