Me too - I hope he is kicking back sipping iced tea and eating free steak dinners somewhere. I sure hope he resurfaces before I head over to England in a couple weeks. I'd definitely like to read some of his tips for possible quickies to make some $ before then :)

I posted this in another thread the other day, but I thought I would drop it in here since this was a more appropriate post for the topic...

I also miss Frank's feedback and education...

Is it me or does it seem that with the large influx of drama queens in the last couple of months, we have seen a sharp decline in the "regular" members posting their thoughts and investigations? Instead of jostling over trendlines and SMA lines converging, or doji's and spinning tops - forcing the rest of us to do our OWN due diligence, thus educating ourselves and allowing us to make our OWN decisions - we are now subject to drivel from the new members.

Everybody piles onto BKHM... it doesn't shoot up 10% +, and all of a sudden, Frank's wearing a target. Do you "traders" beat yourselves up that bad when your picks don't grab 10% + in less than a day? Or even a week? Probably not. You assess the damage, do some DD, and make a plan to move forward. What's different now? Oh, that's right, you can point your finger at someone else and blame him or her.

Under normal circumstances I would apologize for the ranting, but I won't, since watching this once educating and trading-intense forum turn into utter dreck...thanks to those out there that were looking to make a quick buck off other people's homework, and then pissing on the one's that did the DD when the stock didn't perform.

Was it obvious to anyone else when Luc posted the question about what methods people use to screen stocks? Or how about Svenwulf's comment from that thread, "have hesitated with all the new bashers, after all they remind us this is a Cramer board, and I’d hate to ruin things with stock talk or constructive brainstorming." Brilliant!

Again, I'm sorry, but I'm not! Since January I have been trying to find a new forum out there that used to be like this one...and let me tell you, it's been difficult. This used to be a pretty good place.

Go ahead, drama queens - do what you're good at and start bashing me...

Finding the oversold stocks is kind of hard or new to me, but when I find or think I've found one i'm always unsure of myself about jumping into it. It was always nice when Frank was posting and was seeing the same thing I thought I was seeing. It made me feel a lot better about the stock as long as Frank was looking at it also since he has been in it so long. I had also wondered if Frank had left because of the bashing the new comers did of BKHM. Hey I made money off of it.

Really? I didn't notice excesive bashing of BKHM, maybe an idiot or two that were waiting for Frank to make a mistake but that's about it.

Frank wouldn't leave because of that.

I don't think he was bashed at all. I think there were some shots taken at the "lemming approach" as many jumped right in with the bandwagon.

Likely he took a hit and is taking a break or re-looking strategies. He did say "load the boat". It happens.

I'm down over $3200 today (realized loss)...it happens. Mas Tequila!

He'll be back, just has to pull it together (my assumption). Have a great weekend...I'm gonna collect cans along the interstate.

I'll have to agree with your assessment regarding new members. I've enjoyed my time here exchanging ideas and giving advice. Chart Guru was a great guy giving his time to educate us on technical trading and analyzing stocks thrown his way.

I am actually disappointed by all the personal attacks by some of the new posters on members here that have paid their dues.

If I remember correctly, Frank owns his own business. Maybe he is just busy with that. Hopefully he will stop by a say hello to us soon
