Did anyone see those jumps coming? I wish I had more in my portfolio.

TIE has become a very economic-data sensitve stock. I actually sold it recently into the good news because of this because it can jump 10-15% lower on the opposite; and economic data seems very conflicting and fluctuating lately.

GRMN - I did not see that coming at all. Everything they have done in the last few months has been disappointing and I sold it a few weeks ago and missed the jump.

LCAV - no idea!

I did not see the jump coming for TIE or GRMN....I don't follow LCAV.

I gave up on TIE after I got burned last May. I tried to make some money back on it over the past 9 months, but should have seen the jump with the recent Alcoa news and other metal plays. I have moved over to RIO and PCU and they have treated me well as of late.

As for GRMN..I sold half my position after that lame Superbowl ad. Then the big jump yesterday with no follow through today....I put in a fairly tight stop loss and will see what happens. Last time it got up to 57 I lost my whole gain in less that a week. Don't want that to happen again. If the market turns down these high muptiple stocks like GRMN will be the first to nose dive.

GRMN - ran it last time on the news of the bad quarter. Well done there, in at 45-46 and out at 55. I missed this one, but as others was dissapointed in their last few weeks.

No idea about the others.
