Anyone currently invested in this one? Seems this could be a nice defensive play if the market turns down. They manage parking lots in downtowns and airports. Also, with the huge boom in infrastructure it could be a nice takeover target which makes it a nice growth story. It had a monster run up in 2006 and its pulling back a bit now. Seems it could fall to the $30 level. P/E 21. Doesnt have a Div. I see some of the largest holders are Pequot, Bear, Morgan, and Loomis. Any thoughts or other infrastruture plays I'd appreciate. I can only think of MIC as another play.
