LLC Articles of Amendment

Anyone know where I can find an example of how to write up Articles of Amendment for a LLC in GA? I've searched the SoS site and they don't have an example up. I want to change one of my articles that states the percentage owners of the LLC.
I figure it shouldn't be too hard to write up, but I'm not sure how strict they are on format/wording.

You mean Articles of Organization? I've never heard of a "Amendment" You can simply type up your original "Organization" and admend it with B or II with the change.

Maybe I'll do that but I called the SoS office and they told me to write Articles of Amendment. Hrmmm...

Already did. Best I could come up with were those sites that make you pay anywhere from $20-$200 to make legal docs for you.
