Opened down today, but a doji for the day with pretty large volume. Oversold with RSI of 15.7. MACD(6,12,6) hasn't curled up yet (much less the MACD(12,26,9), so wait for entry.

Nice chart analysis, but this looks diluted to me.

The direct link to the filing was not available, but from looking at CMA and Accum/Dist., it seems to be true.

Might want to call the transfer agent and make sure. Otherwise this thing isn't heading up North anytime soon.
