I guess the stress got to her. Dealing with lawyers and lawsuits and fame can drive people crazy.

Stress? I'm thinking it probably had more to do with the huge amount of drugs she took. I haven't seen an interview in years where she wasn't slurring her words. The woman was a train wreck junkie. She probably made Elvis look like a priest.

I just wish I had her kind of stress - the kind with a multi-million dollar payout.

The only stress she had was resisting that third helping of Krispy Kremes...

The drugs most certainly killed her. But why did she take the drugs? Why do most famous people take drugs and abuse alcohol? It's the stress with fame and being constantly in the spotlight. Some people can handle it. Some can't.

... Elvis at least had a semi-valid reason for having started getting hooked on drugs. His habit started when he served in the Army, apparently his platoon leader made "uppers" (speed) available to all the newbies to help them "deal". This is illegal for civilians yet still widely used among military personal even today. Big Brother is a pusher!

Anna Nicole Smith weaseled her way into fame & money, stepped on plenty of people along the way and yet with all that left no positive legacy. Astonishing how much waste there is with her ilk, great loss of potential to do good.

Her bad energy (extreme selfishness) certainly boomeranged, seems like Karma at work to me. She's at peace now i hope.

Re examine her sons body, then question the Stern character, I am thinking a CSI case is working here, and the lawyer/companion/remora is responsible. She was a serious fantasy babe once upon a time. I don't think she was adequately equipped to deal with the life she got.
