Got an upgrade yesterday and one 2 weeks ago, new target is $11. It has gone from $7.11 to $8.05 today. Today's volume was astonishing. 12 000 000 shares traded and we only have 80 000 000 shares on the market.
Earnings to be announced next thursday. 3rd quarter should be positive or break even, first time in 3 years the company should post profits.
The street expects a 6 cent loss.
Getting 127 000 USD a day from Toshiba until Toshiba pays 460 000 000 in damages awarded by the court. Toshiba's appeal was denied immidiatelly. Toshiba may try going to the federal court but it is very unlikely. Strong roumors of a possible settlement OR a take over.
In february 2006 lexr can be awarded even more money in another case.
Very nice long and short investment I got in 2 weeks ago for 7.01. Cant complain ;)
