SOLF please; it seems that SOLF has not gotten much exposure and the recent trend has been for IPOs to move higher if they trade in a tight range for the first few weeks. Also, it has a fairly small float of 12 mln shares. Mkt cap $564 mln, avg vol 867K.

After a spat of profit taking hit Hoku Scientific, Inc. (NASDAQ: HOKU) on Friday, shares are moving higher again following this morning's announcement in which the company signed a definitive contract with Graeber Engineering Consultants for the purchase and sale of hydrogen reduction reactors and hydrogenation reactors used in the production of polysilicon. Shares are sitting right at an intra day high of $6.29, up $.73, or 13.13% on volume of 4.3 million shares.

Prudential raises their tgt on KKD to $17 from $15, noting that after the close on Friday the co filed financials for Q2 and Q3 of FY07. For the first time in 3 years, the co is no longer delinquent with its financials. Also, firm notes that the co's first Annual Meeting of Shareholders since 2004 is scheduled to be held on Jan 31, and they think that the annual meeting should be a significant milestone for the co as it emerges from the controversy that has surrounded it over the past two years.

I'd like to pick ANAD long for the week of Feb. 2
This weeks pullback presents a prime opportunity to take a position. Having traded this one numerous times over the past 2 years I've seen it bounce back repeatedly from it's pullbacks. I think you'll see a nice run until it reports earnings on Feb.14th
