QID sounds good for a few months...
Also, keep an eye on oil, its only a matter of time, as the market corrects, oil should rise.

I graduate in May of this year and am looking for a lower risk investment between now and then. I recently sold 132 shares of PSA after taking in nearly a 45% gain in the past year. I really didn't want to risk losing that profit, especially since I might need this money in six months. Would the oil industry be a safe investment at around $45 per barrel? Should we expect the oil market to turn around in the next few months?

Shorting YHOO today ?? Not a smart trade at all . You were a day or two late in missing the party for shorting YHOO. Its down nearly 5.5% in the last few days.!!! It may be down a few dimes or so today but it could turn anytime. Especially considering the Nas may be short term oversold. There are still alot of Bulls who will jump back in today and the next few days as they see cheap prices (at least in their mind)
And if you had looked at the chart for YHOO you would have seen a Bearish hammer formed Tuesday. A decent indication we would head down the next few days. Which it did !!!
Just use a tight Stop or you might take it up the A' on that trade

I'm always bullish on oil. Crude price pushes stock price up. Price hovers at that level. Price of oil drops, stock retreats, but not near the level of the previous spike. Mid East troubles (will not cease), Chavez, Iran. I think the odds tend to be stacked in your favor with oil plays. My 2 cents, but I can back it up with tax returns on those profits.
Which one? Your call and DD. Chevron, XOM etc are good dividend plays. Drillers/suppliers/exploration......all have goods and bads. Happy Investing. :)

I like ACAS and have owned it since last year. Great dividend and great company. IF you like this company, ARCC is in the same industry.
