This one is having another great day. It crossed the 50 MA and the question is can it hold? Last time it held the 50 MA back in Nov it went from 1.20ish to 1.60.
Keep an eye on this one... I'm paper trading it in at 1.76 and current at 2.02 (wish it was a real trade)

Bought SKNN and happy so far. Shorted 10,000 a few weeks ago to make a quick $$$$, but now I'm in at a cost average of 2.12 and awaiting their launch in March...
This could be better than Crocs or as good... The shoe industry hasn't had anything like this as of yet...
Anyone else shareholders?

I too will be loading up today or Monday at 1.77 as this will push my cost average down nicely. March madness will be all about SKNN!
I have emailed Ryan Mulhern in investor relations and he responds very quickly to my requests. A few quotes from his emails to me:
"Skins commercial launch is scheduled for mid-March. We have signed on with 55+ and counting high-end boutique retailers across the country and are targeting 300 stores by year end. After we launch in the U.S. we will introduce them in Europe."
"There was test marketing and focus group studies regarding the concept a couple years ago done privately. The retail costs will be $50-60 on the Bone and $150-200 for the Skins. Everything is in place for this to be a huge success; from manufacturing to distribution to marketing to early sales. The only question left to ask is will these sell? I personally get approx 25 future consumers calling every day, clambering to find out when and where they can buy Skins as they think it is the best thing to hit footwear in decades…so I am confident sales will go well. If they do then our target of being in 300 stores by year end is very achievable and that would be a big success. After we have exploited the boutique market and in doing so created long term demand we would open it up to the national chains and department stores. If only half of this comes to fruition, the share price will potentially see a dramatic rise."
These emails were exchanged a week and a half ago.

Emailed the investor relations at Skins, Inc and asked them about the recent WSA conference, here's the reply about SKNN:
"The show went very well. Skins received numerous new orders which we will press release as soon as they are official. Shipments to our retailers will happen in March and our launch will kick-off at the end of March. Lots of media and analysts attended as well and were unanimously impressed so I expect we will have lots of media and financial coverage as we move forward."

Another email back from investor relations at Skins, Inc:
Josh,
Thanks for your inquiry. The launch is on target for the end of this month. The Company has been busy building up an inventory and we will be able to launch on schedule. There was a delay from January as we switched manufacturers. We did this because Mark Klein was not 100% satisfied with the product as he is now…this turned out to be a blessing as by a stroke of fortune we were able to sign on with Boemos S.P.A.; Boemos, a prestigious and renowned Italian manufacturer has constructed high-quality footwear for Dolce & Gabanna, Coach, Diesel, and the Kenneth Cole Collection among others and they only take on relationships with industry leaders or those they believe will be such in the future.
Skins will have several press releases out over the next few weeks in relation to our launch, our marketing efforts as well as numerous new orders taken. Also, we will soon be launching our consumer based website (Skins will be available for sale online shortly after the launch in stores) soon that will include details on all retailers carrying our Spring/Summer Collection. I will make certain to send you any and all press releases as soon as they are announced.
Mark Klein has built an amazing company with a prominent management, sales and design team, an ideal Italian manufacturing partner, a top PR and marketing firm and perhaps the most innovative product in the footwear industry in decades. I continue to be inundated by dozens of consumers daily who are clambering to find out when and where they can purchase Skins. When that happens and the potential of Skins starts to be realized, I believe all doubts will be abandoned and those such as yourself who had the foresight to get involved early will see their patience rewarded.
Please feel free to contact me anytime.
All the best,
Ryan Mulhern

Official news as of 3-15-07 for all interested:
Skins Inc. (OTCBB: SKNN), a developer of a revolutionary, patented, two-part interchangeable footwear structure, has announced an alliance with SLAM (Sportie LA Media), the media marketing division of top independent retailer Sportie LA. SLAM provides nontraditional marketing and consulting for select brands. Skins' first line of footwear officially comes to market the first week of April, and has already been generating buzz in the industry.
"We've been very aggressive about our marketing and have assembled a team that spans the spectrum of industry expertise," said Skins Footwear CEO Mark Klein. "When our line was in development, we sat down with numerous retailers, and Sportie LA was obviously one of the key players whose input we sought." Klein went on to say that in meeting with the company's SLAM principals, he discovered a group that could offer "an innovative approach and broad-based expertise spanning Web marketing & promotion, branded content, and product development."
According to Isack Fadlon, co-owner of Sportie LA, "Skins Footwear is everything that's creative and adventurous about our business. With regard to special marketing efforts undertaken by SLAM, that's exactly what we look for."
Since its inception late last year, SLAM has carried out Web-based initiatives for brands such as PF Flyers and Creative Recreation, and had a hand in live events for K-Swiss, Asics Onitsuka Tiger, and New Balance. Created by SLAM, the PF Flyers Sneaker Boutique has topped search engines and established itself as a powerful retail presence across the Web. For the campaign's viral component, SLAM created a two-minute video purporting to be a "lost casting tape" from Martin Scorsese's 1990 mob classic Goodfellas. That video has attained search term dominance and garnered a following on over 90 websites, including YouTube and Revver.
SLAM's first effort under the arrangement with Skins was a partnership for the brand with GenArt to host the March 5th closing night of the Museum of Contemporary Art's Skin and Bones exhibit. Titled "Skin + Bones: Parallel Practices in Fashion and Architecture," it was the first comprehensive museum exhibition to examine the common methods, precepts and practices that are drawing fashion and architecture together, transforming the design of contemporary society. By all accounts, the closing night party at MOCA was a huge success, with several hundred LA influencers taking advantage of a specially designed, indoor-outdoor Skins Lounge, where they were treated to a peek at the Skins line including product demos, a video installation, music from DJ Jasepi, and on-site silk-screening of limited edition Skins tees created by Joaquin of Keen Design.
"Not only was this the perfect event for Skins," Klein said, "It was the perfect kickoff to a great year with SLAM."
Do your homework, watch for volume increases, IMO it will not be far off.
