DSTI up 33%

I have this one in my watch list and I cant figure out why it has spiked 33% so far this morning. Any ideas?

Its up on a rumor that it might have recieved financing for a new plant, and it isn't the first time this stock has done this. Same thing happened last Thursday, and then there was a slight pull back when it turned out to be just a rumor. I'd stay away until there's some news, too risky.
