The RSI is 27.74 (oversold), PPS just had a 6% up day after an inverted hammer (suggesting reversal verification), the MACD (6,12,6) is crossing and the MACD (12,26,9) is starting to curl up. In late December it bounced nearly to the MA(20) line; if it reaches MA(20) of 8.33 that would be an increase of 23.5%

swing traded this one a few weeks ago when it finally broke through that 4.50 resistance. looks like its ready for another leg up to test 6.
