I've been using this site for a little bit now and it has proven to be accurate (I measure it against the live updates for crude given on Bloomberg tv throughout the day). Free registration and I haven't had any pop-ups, also shows 5 bid/ask levels and option spreads. Other commodities also available, although I have only used the crude live quote so far.
