Yeah, so I bought some CC several months back (before their income statement came in) and the other day I large stack of papers basically saying they are filing for bankruptcy. Is there anything I should do with my stock... or should I just not worry about it and just accept it as a loss.

If you have enough to pay the commission why not make the trade? Unless you think there's a reason to own it at $.18. Any chance they have an earnings surprise tomorrow?

What if it goes up again? It went up today.

Damn, I hadn't thought of that, perhaps I was distracted by the chart showing down days since june of 2006. Or maybe it was the bankruptcy after which the stock will be worthless.

Well.. they are not closing all of their stores. Wouldn't i be better off just seeing what will happen? I invested about 180 dollars.. it is down to about 18 dollars. Selling the back would cost me a fee of like 6 bucks i think so i'm not really missing out on much money (12 bucks). What would happen if they were bought out? I am just relatively new to stocks/trading and I have made a few mistakes along the road.

The stock you have now would be best to just hold on for a long time until CC gets back up. I know they are trying hard, but I say next winter - spring we should start to see it all turn around...
Guys, they are in bankruptcy: game over, stock is done.

What happens to the open shares? Do they just continue to spiral down, or just bought about by another company?
They are worthless, as in zero, zilch, nada, kaput, over , done with, stick a fork in 'em.
