Stock trading at about .15 now and the situation for this company keeps getting worse and worse. Honestly, I do not think this Company will stay open for very much longer.
Looks like SEC is trying to exterminate it and there is so much caos within the the company its not even funny. Usually this particular kind of caos (new CEOs every month, intense strife amongst company officials, etc..) fortells the close proximity of the final nail securing the coffin !!

Before its completely shut down I say we will see a drawdown to below a nickel. I think there is really some good opportunity to make some serious change from the short side.

Any opinions out there ??

Thanks

Isn't there a minimum price for short trades?

There is a minimum price to short but I don't know exactly what it is.

Yes there is management change out, yes there is the SEC case. However, the old mgmt is still around behind the seens. The SEC hasn't proven anything yet. Other than the fact that the SEC has the ability to halt trading on ANY company for the 10-day period as in this case, nothing else has come out of it. Once halted all the marker makers have to re-apply to trade the stock for the shareholders but of course the market makers have been scared away also.

Don't forget about the bonds on Euroclear. In order to be affiliated with Euroclear a company has to meet some hefty requirements (cash). Guess what? CSHD did meet the requirements and the bonds are there.

There is just nothing substantial out there that shakes me out of this tree yet. Once the SEC is done screwing around and the MM come back along with shareholders "I think" everything will start going in the right direction.

I may be wrong but do some homework. Check out Euroclear, past PR's with cusip #'s, SEC website. Nobody can prove anything wrong...yet.

sigh..
do yourself a favor, even if your broker lets you (scottrade won't), try not to short penny plays. do you ever see penny plays bounce erratically for no reason? ok then.
just some free advice.
