Why did FMTI drop off so much? Bad news?

I am already invested in Doral as shown in my other post and am banking on it going up tommorrow. I think it bottomed out at 3.33 today and is on the upswing. We will see.

NEW YORK AP: Tuesday December 5, 1:06 pm EST:
Forbes Medi-Tech Inc. traded heavily for the second straight day after the company said preliminary results of a midstage trial of its cholesterol-reducing drug fell short of expectations.

And I missed your Doral post deerhunter, sorry about that, or I wouldn't have posted it again. It did show signs of trend reversal today, I can't believe you got in so early though, be careful!!

Im regretting not getting in when it was up 15 percent and saying to myself "Does it have a lot more room to go?"

Deerhunter, if you use Quotetracker or any other software that displays the Pivot, R1,R2,S1 and S2 you would not have be second guessing or doubting yourself. If a stock that is heading down for several days, one day curls up, ala TNEN, and crosses above the Pivot line and starts to head up to the first resistance(R1) buy it! TNEN crossed the Pivot with a fury, crossed the R1 and stalled on the R2, around $1.67. What do you do? Sell? Panic? Bite your fingernails? Pray to the All Mighty for an answer? What I do is to switch between the 15 and 60 minute charts and read what my indicators are telling me. The MACD, RSI, Stochastics, were all heading upward with no sign of slowing down. In fact, they still have lots of headroom, so I will expect TNEN to go higher today, but when a stock gains 40%+ in one day, logic tells you that it will sell off the next day. We'll see what TNEN does today.
So remember, if a stock goes up 15% during the day, don't assume that it wouldn't go higher. Look at your indicators in the 15 and 60 minute charts and trade the stock according to what your chart is telling you.
