which stock picking software that can best teach me fundamental analysis?

Dear all,

I am looking for the best stock picking software or online service, which can guide me through the logic behind stock picking and processes of fundamental analysis so that I can learn which fundamental aspects of the firm-under-study are good and which other aspects of the firm are bad...

And moreover, if the software can allow me to modify the ratio formulas and screen criteria based on my own models, that would be even greater!
