If things continue the way they are with GM and C, it is likely that both of these companies will be removed from the Dow Jones Industrials and replaced with stronger companies with larger market Cap.
This could cause a technical bounce in DDM (proshares ultra dow etf) If you think that we have hit some form of bottom in this market, DDM may be a good holding.
