Toll Brothers CEO is now admitting the NYC market is "dead." The supply in manhattan is overwhelming right now.. well at least in the one bedroom market. Anyone want to venture a guess when this will turn around?

The mkt for one bedrooms in NYC was NEVER hot to begin with....two and three condos/coop rule the day. Yes, there will be some pain, but it's NYC..short lived...I know, I've been through it three times already and the places I have owned always zoomed higher:biggrin:

Besides.....please tell me of ONE Toll Brothers property in NYC? I know of none.
