i have watched the ups and down of rsc, i work there, so should i buy now or wait for it to go low

I think any pop in ethanol is short term based on the dems control. I just don't think ethanol is going to be the alt energy of the future, looks like a risky bet on their part. I wouldn't buy it (plus the volume is a bit scary) but then I'm biased towards oil.
