I've been looking around ,,, and wanted to see if there was a consensus on any brokers , either good or bad ,, I was thinking of going with "Alliance Investments Management" ,, since they're not US based they can offer more liberal margin (4:1 rather than 2:1) http://www.alliancetrader.com/index2.html ,, if not them Chuck is reliable and has a wealth of services available..

Ideas?

Here's another Idea, log off and change your name, then read some of the posts here and start over with a new name. You have 4 posts and you've already spouted a bunch of nonsense and gave advice to do research to a guy who screens 200 stocks a day and has for at least a year. And using an off shore broker? Good luck. The Jamaican Commerce Commission registry just reeks stability and transparency.
Just in case anyone real reads this, E*Trade is fine for trading and no doubt is quite similar to Scott trade and other online brokers (I only have first hand experience with E*Trade), and of the full service Brokers you cant beat Merrill Lynch for the range of available services (again I only have first hand with them) but I am sure Goldman or Smith Barney etc. are ok as well.
