I've been watching these every day for 2+ years.
I tend not to trade off what he talks about that day, but it is good insight to add to your toolbelt.

I watch those, he gives you the general market sentiment as well as his own. Plus I much prefer the "normal" presentation vs MadMoney.

Anyone check out the AH action on SPLS & SONE after he recommended them?...people don't listen do they? If the DOW loses more ground tommorrow those AH buyers will probably panic sell those stocks down to a nice buying level.
