I am testing research that helps me narrow the huge universe of stocks down to a manageable handful – based on my risk tolerance, investment style, and personal preferences....(I am a wannabe momentum speculator with my Mad Money--I let a mutual fund handle my Real Money for the long term)

My core test is selecting stocks that have reached or moved above their psychological barriers of 52 week highs, and also obviously they would have at their screening a high RSI, 50-Day MA above its 200-Day MA

Once screened, which stock should be bought would depend upon my detailed metrics—that is, some stocks screened out of the pack could still be dogs!
The following stocks were screened out by MSN’s Stock Screener (http://www.cramersmadmoney.com/showthread.php?t=4789&highlight=stock+screeners ) with the following criteria:

• Stocks between $2 to $10
• Volume => 100,000 shares
• Market Capitalization => $100,000,000
• And of course, the day a stock was screened out, the stock had =>its 52 week high—any stock shown higher than $10 reached this price AFTER screening out at or below $10

Week 3 of my 52-Week High Study (Criteria in the beginning thread):

(1) More highs were reached
(2) Of particular interest is how the stocks from Week One are doing
(3) The foundation of my study is I have used the FREE trials of thestreet.com "Under $10 Stocks" and Investor Business Daily's under $10 stocks and found both not worth the costs, but I confess I wanted to see if either could provide me with help to tighten my MSN Stock Screener--neither did--So far, my parameters work as well as both newsletters
(4) My actual screener looks more deeply into the stocks listed below, but only as a display, for I am only here testing what I believe is a 52-week psychological barrier so I can work from this with more detailed metrics, e.g., Fundamentals, ROIC, PEG, etc, to discover actual stocks
