Shorting otcc stocks

Anyone know a good online broker where you can short otcc stocks. I created a list on my E*trade account (march 13) of pump and dump stocks just to see price reactions and all of the stocks are down massively ( stocks are jywh, bshf, awec, scey, ause, amnt and ppbv).

Forget this whole ordeal if you even want to have a scrap of money once you get out of college.

Naked-selling, high manipulation against shorting, unexpected short squeezes, and high margin-requirements to short stocks under $5 will make this pointless.
