Cramers good call on DNA

Cramer said put half your position in Genentech and then around wendsay he says put in the rest.

I put in a few hundred shares and the stock goes up 78 cents in a few hours.

So in a few days I will put in another few hundred. Wow.

It went up 3 bucks today because people are buying ahead of the call.
Be careful, their earnings aren't supposed to be stellar. If you really do want to establish a position then you will be pleased if the earnings aren't great and it sells off.

what is the story on DNA these days? They made a recent acquisition of another company that provides meds for asthma and peanut allergies which are supposed to be pretty market friendly products but beyond that, i need to know how long i'm hanging on - I've seen some losses on this one lately.

Most biotechs are weak recently. I saw AMGN briefly touch $76 last week and now its at $72. I also tried to ride Cramers pick on ARNA...took a bath on that one.
