Could be a proprietary program or a graphics overlay on top of a chart program. Are you looking for the indicators he uses or the graphics?

the actual program. weekly chart vs daily, and how he can draw the circles for tops and bottoms. i get the indicators he uses, bolliger 200 day 50 day moving ave i get those. just seems like a easy to use program to look at charts. or even some chart program that may be similer to what he is using. thanks.
