Ya know, I was listening to him on the way home tonight and there was a rather lengthy disclaimer about following his advice, which I don't recall hearing on his show recently (admittedly I usually only catch 10 or 20 minutes on radio and get the rest from thestreet.com), perhaps he's heard some grumblings about a few of his recommendations?

I don't about his radio show, but the first ninoseconds of his tv show CNBC flashes this warning

I would love to see an unbias--let the chips fall where they may--view of who are the best stock pickers from the little guy up to the massive firms

I watch Cramer for his Wall Steet Wisdom and cynicism, not his picks
