Cramer was bully on the idea of this spin off. living in CA, i know this is a growth industry. anybody have this on the radar? i try not to play anything younger than a year, but i could make an exception.

a few months back, Cramer told us to watch for when fdc spins this guy out. could find absolutely no record on the street, but he was talking about fdc today:
